Cheers to the New Year! Clean & Simple Tuesday + Ribbon Folding Quick Tip Video

Clean & Simple Tuesday

Hello there and a very Happy New Year to you and yours! I hope that you had a wonderful holiday season. I know I did and a very busy one, but it was all great.

Today I have a couple of classy 4-1/2″ square cards that I made using the below product list that is retiring today with deep discounts for my Clean and Simple Tuesday and Quick Tip Video. I also have what I would call a ‘let me cut my teeth again’ video on ribbon folding. I’m seeing this trend a lot lately and while it’s easy enough, I figured that I would do a quick demonstration as I try to get back on top of my game and ramble on a little bit.

I also have a week each of Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration projects and videos coming up soon for you.

These cards were very fast, fun and easy to make. I will have the measurements below and all of that other good stuff. There’s a lot happening starting tomorrow with the new Spring 2018 Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration. Additional information with links will be provided for you at the end of this blog post and I will probably make a separate blog post explaining to you exactly what Sale-A-Bration is and how much you can benefit from it. Remember last year where Stampin’ Up! kept adding to the SAB product lineup? I do and it was a treat for sure. Wait for it.

The new products are unbelievably very cool, gorgeous, trendsetting, a lot of new products I haven’t seen before, lovely embellishments, designer series paper, mini ink cubes (yes!), exclusive Thinlits, and the list goes on. I love that products from SAB and Occasions can be mixed and matched. You will be able to view the new catalogs tomorrow on my blog if you don’t already have one. If you need a catalog, please contact me and I’d be more than happy to send everything your way if you live in the US per Stampin’ Up! policy.

I hunted everywhere for my Foil Snowflakes and they were nowhere to be found. I really wanted to use those as they would have tied my cards together much better, but the Foil Dollies worked out fine. I just fumble my way through the video, but I have to start again somewhere, right?

These are the perfect little cards to mail out or hand deliver as a Thank You card for Christmas. You can use the Thinlits or a 2″ punch if you wish. I used the punch and of course, forgot to add it to the product list below. The large images in the Cheers to the Year stamp set coordinate with the Layering Circles Framelits Dies and circle punches in your stash.

This is a fantastic stamp set that can be used all year and can be found on pages 36-37 of the Holiday Catalog under the Year of Cheer Suite, which is absolutely beautifully metallic, and again, that is retiring today, so get your order placed by midnight MST at the deeply discounted prices. You will be seeing projects from the Holiday Catalog over the next few months incorporated with Sale-A-Bration and the Occasions Catalogs. I didn’t get a chance to really play with these products and am not ready to put them away yet.
