1. Card base: A2 landscape 5-1/2 x 4-1/4.
2. Whisper White image panel: 5-1/4 x 4.
3. Randomly stamp around images using the above colors.
4. Stamp sentiment onto Whisper White with Memento Tuxedo Black and die-cut out with an Oval Layer.
5. Die-cut a scallop from Balmy Blue. Adhere to sentiment. Place 2 Stampin’ Dimensionals on the top and bottom of the sentiment panel.
6. Adhere stamped image panel to a Balmy Blue card base. Tie a piece of Gorgeous Grape ribbon around the top 1/3. Adhere sentiment panel.
