Make the Card Challenge #43 – Christmas

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Make the Card Challenge #43, where we have a Christmas theme, and hope that you play along with us.

Today’s card was created with the Peaceful Place Suite Collection and I let the Peaceful Place Specialty Designer Series Paper do all of the work for me. The sentiment and the little fox were the only things that were stamped. This was super easy to make and took minutes.

As always, your shopping list with Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

I started out with an A2 Basic Black card base. I cut the DSP mat from Basic Gray CS and then selectively cut my designer series paper for the image panel scenery that I was after.

I stamped the sentiment at the top center of the DSP in Memento Tuxedo Black and a little grounding for the fox at the bottom right stamped off once with Smoky Slate. The fox was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and cut from its coordinating die. I adhered the little fox with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional towards the right of the ground stamp.

I wrapped a piece of Metallic Mesh Ribbon around the center of the Basic Gray mat and then adhered the DSP on the top of the mat with Seal and Tear & Tape. The entire image panel was adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I tied a piece of Black and White Twine, which I love, from Playful Pets around the mesh into a bow. For additional bling, I adhered 7 silver diamond-shaped epoxy embellishments.

I kept the inside of the card simple with the stamped sentiment and trees with 3 additional silver epoxy dots, which was adhered to a Basic Gray mat, and adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
