As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

Accidentally omitted from the Supplies are a Blender Pen used with our Watercolor Pencils and So Saffron CS for the sentiment.

I started out with an A2 Mossy Meadow card base and cut the Happy Forest Friends DSP to size below.

I used one of our retired edge distress tools on the DSP, but your Paper Snips will do the same thing.

I curled up the edges with my Bone Folder and adhered the panel to the card base with liquid adhesive.

The Happier Than Happy stamp set is a cling mount set, which makes it very easy to color directly onto the image with our Stampin’ Write Markers.

I colored in several of the large toadstool, small toadstool, and acorn line art images with our Stampin’ Write Markers to direct stamp onto Basic White Regular CS using the following colors:

  1. Blushing Bride
  2. Calypso Coral
  3. So Saffron
  4. Old Olive
  5. Mossy Meadow
  6. Sahara Sand
  7. Soft Suede
  8. Smoky Slate
  9. Basic Gray

I colored in the white space of the images with the same colors or using our Watercolor Pencils and blending the color out with a Blender Pen. All of the images were cut with the coordinating Happy Forest Dies.

The fox was stamped in Soft Suede ink with the white space filled in with a Calypso Coral Watercolor Pencil, blended out with a Blender Pen, then cut from its coordinating die.

The sentiment was stamped with Soft Suede ink onto So Saffron CS and cut from the small oval die from Beautiful Shapes.

To create the window shaker frame, I pulled the largest and 2nd largest hexagon dies from Beautiful Shapes. I placed the 2nd largest hexagon inside of the largest hexagon making sure that the margins were equal, used a piece of low-tack Painter’s Tape to adhere them together, then ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with Mossy Meadow CS to create the shaker frame.

I cut the large hexagon die a second time from a Window Sheet. I flipped over the Mossy Meadow CS frame and used Tear & Tape to adhere the Window Sheet under the frame. I cut up pieces of our Foam Adhesive Strips to securely apply around the hexagon making sure no open spaces were visible. I laid down the toadstools and acorns + pink and green For Everything Fancy Sequins where I wanted to adhere the frame. I removed the backing from the Foam Adhesive Strips and adhered the frame over the images and sequins.

For final assembly, Stampin’ Dimensionals were applied to the body and tail of the fox with liquid adhesive on the head, then adhered to the card as shown.

The sentiment was adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A bow was tied with Linen Thread. I tucked a Mini Glue Dot under the right side of the sentiment and adhered the bow.

It’s been a while since I made a shaker card, which are always fun for the recipient.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
