Today’s card would be a great birthday, going away, retirement, new job or wedding card.

As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

I promise to research new photo editing software this week and will definitely have something new onboard next week.

The coloring is much more vivid than what is shown.

I started out with an A2 top-folding Smoky Slate card base and layered on a piece of floral designer series paper from Abigail Rose with Seal.

I then went on to stamp my images with Smoky Slate ink onto Basic White Thick CS of the large floral image. Be sure to leave this image on the door of the Stamparatus to re-stamp in Tuxedo Memento after coloring.

The large floral image was colored with the below Watercolor Pencil colors and blended out with a Blender Pen onto Basic White Thick CS.

99% of the time, I stamp my images with Smoky Slate ink when I’m applying color to prevent smudges and then re-stamp with Memento Tuxedo Black AFTER the images are colored  to crisp up the lines.

  1. Stamen: Melon Mambo.
  2. Flower: Flirty Flamingo.
  3. Leaves: Old Olive.
  4. Baby’s Breath: Gorgeous Grape.

The large floral image was cut with its coordinating die.

The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Basic White Regular CS and cut with a die from Painted Labels.

Two standalone leaf images from Cottage Flowers Dies were cut from our Silver Foil.

For final assembly, I laid down our Metallic Mesh Ribbon across the center diagonally.

The image and sentiment panel were adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card.

Two Silver Foil leaves were tucked under the image that were adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

One large and 2 small 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds in Fresh Freesia were scattered about the card to embellish.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
