Butterflies For You Video, Stamping on Patterned Paper, Let’s Color! Online Card Class

LetsColorGraphic

Good morning friends. I have a lot to share with you today! First, I would like to invite you to join me for my new online card class of Let's Color! that is starting tomorrow on Monday, July 22. It's not too late to sign up and I'd love to see you in class! We will be learning and revisiting several mediums of coloring.

Today's card is just a card I made with a video tutorial on stamping on patterned paper. I used a Stampin' Up! wheel to get my images just right and used three new stamp sets from the 2013-2014 Idea Book & Catalog. The new 2013 Holiday Catalog will be coming out on August 1 for you to order your new holiday products. Just click on the Stampin' Up! sidebar blog badge and that will take you directly to my demonstrator's website. I have already received my catalog in the mail and it's awesome with so many great products that I'm going to have a lot of fun with. I am really looking forward to the new envelope liners, burlap ribbon, Muslin bags that you can stamp and color on, but especially the new Stamp a Tag Kit! There are so many new kits in this catalog and they're all very cool, great designer series paper, fun banners, and of course, we can't forget the stamps and die-cuts! Overall, I would have to say that this is my favorite Holiday Catalog by Stampin' Up! Many of the products already coordinate with what you have on hand if you're a big Stampin' Up! person. That's what I originally started out with so sometimes, it's just nice to go back to your roots.

This card is a nice Stampin' Up! Only (SUO) card since I haven't done that for a while. The Designer Series Paper that I stamped on is from the This & That Epic Day. The paper is busy in it's own right but in a very subtle way with fabulous texture and design. I used the Jumbo Butterfly Wheel and then heat embossed it with clear powder to really add some great shine and texture to the background panel. I love the way it turned out.
I'm still so bummed about keeping my video under the 10 minute mark and it's getting frustrating. I'm just one of those who tell you everything that I'm doing while offering tips, tricks and alternatives along the way. For this card, I even completed the inside for you!  I do hope that you enjoy my videos.
Here is the cute butterfly card that I made for you with a video tutorial too! I hope that you enjoy this. Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me today and God bless you!

Be sure to check out my Stamps & Stuff for Sale on my blog sidebar. Click on it and this will take you directly to my eBay. It's time to clean house, which will be an ongoing process for a long time. I have way too much stuff!

All products used on this card are by Stampin' Up!

Titus 1: 15-16. Excellent verse about deception. Here are some other Bible verses on deception too.

Photobucket Try heat embossing with clear powder on a myriad of your projects for that extra shine and texture. Stampin' Up! ink pads are perfect for heat embossing with no extra fuss. All water-based inks are great for this technique.

Photobucket Always experiment with color, especially different schemes to get you out of your creative box.

Photobucket Die-cuts and ribbon are fabulous embellishments for a card or scrapbook page focal point.
