Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge 311 with a monochrome challenge created with the Friends Are Like Seashells Bundle, and hope that you join us.
This was super easy to make with minimal product. I love the texture of Linen Thread and textile of Natural Finish Ribbon + the combination of Granite Gray and Crumb Cake.
The Granite Gray CS really makes the Basic White CS look like Very Vanilla CS.
As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.
I started out with an A2 top-folding Gray Granite card base and cut my image panel to size.
I wrapped a length of Natural Finish Ribbon around the top 1/3 of the image panel and secured the ends around back with Scotch Tape.
I wrapped Linen Thread x3 around the ribbon and secured the ends around the back with Scotch Tape.
The starfish image from Friends Are Like Seashells was stamped onto Crumb Cake CS with Crumb Cake ink and cut from its coordinating Seaside Shells Dies.
The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
For final assembly, the starfish was adhered to the ribbon with a Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The image panel was adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Lastly, 3 large Pearl Basic Jewels were adhered to the ribbon using Mini Glue Dots. These are self-adhesive jewels but do not stick well to the ribbon.
