Good morning! This week has been a bit of a disaster at my house. I'm having new carpet installed and I had no idea of the mess that it makes…everywhere. There's the obvious furniture all over the place, as I'm sitting here typing this at the dining room table, but the dust and carpet fragments and….., it's not going to be fun to clean up. This was supposed to be a one day job and we are now on day three. Needless to say, this has definitely put a damper on my creative fun. Fortunately, I found this new clean and simple challenge blog called CAS-tastic Challenges. It's every Wednesday and this is their second week. Today's challenge is to make a clean and simple birthday card and since that's just about all that I'm capable of doing right now since my stuff is everywhere and I was going through crafting withdrawals, I forsook my shower to create this card. It filled the gap so that I could create and it fits the challenge. One thing I did learn while making this is not to have construction going on in your house while using white card stock! Thank you for looking and God bless your day. I'm hoping that I can get back to my usual schedule soon.
