Hello Fall + Paper Craft Crew Challenge 165

Hello there my friends and welcome to another Paper Craft Crew Challenge.

I've been on this completely unintentional card-making thought process where the majority of my cards are turning out masculine.

I stamped the leaf image from For All Things several different ways and die-cut just as many, so that I could have them facing in the opposite direction on the right side of the window frame to no avail. I used Old Olive and then Mossy Meadow around the edges. I first stamped Crumb Cake onto Whisper White card stock using the watercolor image and then stamped the leaf image on top of that. I framed everything up with the Hearth & Home Framelits die-cut with Rich Razzleberry card stock. My card base is Early Espresso and I layered on top of that a piece of Crumb Cake card stock dry embossed using the Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I took a sponge dauber and inked that up with Crumb Cake and sponged over the embossed tree images only. I adhered my window to the card and then started embellishing. I die-cut a banner from Bitty Banners and stamped my sentiment onto Old Olive card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

I stamped out the acorn image from Acorny Thank You with the bottom using Early Espresso ink and the top in Soft Suede. I used glue dots to adhere the top of the acorn. The Acorn Builder Punch made all of this a snap. I cut a length of Linen Thread and made a thread nest behind the acorn and adhered the sentiment and acorn using Stampin' Dimensionals. To complete my card, I used 3 wood leaves, which I neglected to add to my Supply List below, from Into the Woods Elements with glue dots. I kept the wood leaves the natural color that they come in from out of the package since the card overall is made using rich colors and this was the perfect embellishment to lighten it up while complimenting the overall design.

We would love for you to come and play in our challenge with us today at the Paper Craft Crew. We've been having weekly blog candy too! I know the New Year is still 3 months off, but we've been planning a great 2016 for you and I'm really looking forward to it and you will be too.

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me today. Have a very blessed day and I will see you next week for another challenge!
