Global Design Project #367 | Theme Challenge: Tree

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Global Design Project #367, where there is a theme challenge.

I brought in a lot of our die-cuts for this card with only the sentiment stamped and heat embossed from Joyful Flurry stamp set + 2 different designer series papers.

As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

I started out with a landscape A2 Basic White Thick CS base and layered on a piece of print designer series paper from Santa Express.

This is how I die-cut all of those trees from Basic White Regular CS.

  1. Cut 4 large outline trees from Spruced Up Dies.
  2. Cut 3 large solid trees from Snowman Dies.
  3. Cut 6 trees from Gingerbread House.
  4. You will want to use a square of one of our Adhesive Sheets to adhere the gold specialty paper to Very Vanilla Basic CS and then die-cut another tree from Gingerbread House.

The sentiment was stamped onto Basic Regular White CS with Versamark and heat embossed with gold powder that was cut with the 2nd smallest die from Stitched Rectangles.

For final assembly, I adhered the 4 large open trees from Spruced Up directly to the card base with liquid adhesive starting with the far left, far right, and working my way in towards the middle.

The 3 trees from Snowman where adhered with liquid adhesive between the 4 trees from Spruced Up.

All of the trees from Gingerbread House were adhered with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals cut in half.

Lastly, I laid a little bit of Seal down on the card base to adhere my Gold Shimmer Ribbon.

I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the sentiment panel and adhered it over the ribbon.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
