Global Design Project #365; Color Challenge + Texture Chic

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Global Design Project #365 Color Challenge featuring the colors below.

I am using the Texture Chic Suite Collection with the coordinating Memories & More Cards + Quiet Meadow stamp set, all of which are featured in the Annual Catalog. I kept the Sweet Sorbet pretty muted limiting it to my ribbon, image, and Color Matte Dot.

This was very easy to make. The Memories & More Cards are precut and all I did was vintage the edges with Crumb Cake ink.

I also forgot to mention that I used our Vellum Layering Designs as the other white panel.

As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

I started out with an A2 Petal Pink CS base and layered on a Petal Pink Dream a Design Host DSP with Seal Adhesive.

The two Memories & More Cards I used are 3 x 4. The 2nd from the bottom is the Vellum Layering DSP panel that I made with a Basic White Regular CS under the vellum to highlight the white print. I swiped my Crumb Cake ink pad around the edges of all of the panels.

For the image panel, I used the print image from Quiet Meadow stamped off x3. The leaf image from Texture Chic was stamped onto the image panel with Sweet Sorbet ink with the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

I adhered the cards together with Seal Adhesive and then cut 4 lengths of Sweet Sorbet Metallic Woven Ribbon, which were adhered to the back of the cards with Scotch Tape and frayed.

For final assembly, the cards were adhered to the card base with Seal Adhesive.

The image panel was adhered to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added a Sweet Sorbet Matte Dot to the top right of the vellum print card.

For the inside, I adhered another Memories & More Card to the center of a piece of Basic White Regular CS and stamped another leaf image and my sentiment.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
