With All My Heart

Good morning again. I'm back with another card. This is actually a magazine submission reject but it fit the Splitcoast Stampers Color Challenge 302 perfectly where the colors are black, red, and white, with a spin to use hearts, so I decided to share it with you. Stamps: Stampin' Up! Punch Potpourri, With All My Heart
Card Stock: Stampin' Up! Basic Black, Riding Hood Red, Very Vanilla
Designer Series Paper: Stampin' Up! Newsprint, Love Letters
Ink: Stampin' Up! Riding Hood Red
Accessories: Love charm from craft supply, Jenni Bowlin ticket, Karen Foster 3" Baroque Pewter Scrap Stick, Prima Marketing Say It In Pearls Siip Center Assorted 1, Stampin' Up! Heart of Hearts, Embosslits Scalloped Heart of Hearts, Basic Black Stripped 1-1/4 grosgrain ribbon, Chantilly Lace ribbon
Technique: Dry embossing, die-cutting, machine stitching
Size: 5-1/2 x 4-1/4

Cut black card stock to A2 size. Cut red card stock 3/16" less than A2 size. Cut newspaper print and stitch on. Cut 3 black panels of card stock and adhere designer paper. Wrap ribbon around the middle, Tie a bow and adhere. Add charm. Tie a bow with lace ribbon and adhere to stripped ribbon. Place stick pin through the center. Stamp red heart on cream paper and punch out. Die-cut and dry emboss black heart using designer paper. Adhere pearl stick to center. Stamp sentiment on tag in red ink. Adhere hearts and tag together, put foam dots on the back, and adhere to card. Adhere all to the base of the card.

  1. I used red, black, and vanilla (with some occasional green) for several Christmas cards this year and love it–although I've abandoned my fav Riding Hood Red for that new Cherry Cobbler red.  Delicious! 
    I'm getting inspired by your hat pins!
