Today is also the last day of our clearance sale with many products at least 60% off. You can order those products by clicking on the link above too. I appreciate your business! From today until January 16, I am hosting an online event party on my Facebook Fan Page. I hope that you will join me and get your free Sale-A-Bration products!

I have a new storage video on my You Tube Channel to help you with storage ideas and how to work the Occasions Catalog with the Sale-A-Bration Brochure for more free products and it works too.

I have been doing a lot of decluttering and organizing lately (watch out for my video box sales!) and could not figure out what to do with these magnets I had as they are a bit on the thicker side and bulky to use for my pocket storage. I think you will love this idea. It has freed up some valuable craft room real estate for me.

Now onto my first clean and simple card of the year. I made this fun card using the new Birthday Blast photopolymer stamp set with the coordinating Thinlits + 10% off bundle pricing. I never made top folding A2 cards. When you try to display them, mine always slide down flat.

With how I designed the inside of this card, I didn’t have a choice but to make this a top folding card due to the fun interactive popup inside. I also used the inlay technique. Dapper Denim, Whisper White and Silver are the only colors that I used on this card, with 2 of them being neutrals. I had to come up with some out-of-the-box ideas for embellishing. I decided to hand-cut out certain portions of the large die-cut that you will see on the inside of the card. There’s an awful lot of shine on this card with silver embossing, silver glitter paper and clear sequins with Dazzling Details inside the cupped sequins.

When you open up the card, you get this fun and unexpected interactive element! I think this would be a great card for a tween.

Now how cool is that? I know that I would be surprised. Below is a picture of the entire inside of the card. The silver glitter popup is inlaid with Dapper Denim card stock and on the greeting panel, silver glitter stars are inlaid into the Dapper Denim outline stars – all of which are cut from the same die-cut with selective fussy cutting.

I did have to think on this for a few minutes as I’ve never done a couple of the techniques described above, but it was worth it and really not that hard.

I hope that you’ve enjoyed today’s clean and simple card. Thank you so much for visiting me today. Have a great day and God bless! Happy New Year!
