Painted Seasons Scalloped Edges

Hello there! Today’s card features Painted Seasons and Life is Grand with the Be Mine scallop edge die-cut and three retiring In Colors.

I am going to miss Powder Pink. It goes with everything having hues of red, orange, and brown. I started this by cutting down a piece of Powder Pink to 3-3/4 x 5 and die-cut the edges in with the scallop edge from Be Mine Framelits. I ran this panel through the Big Shot with the Subtles embossing folder for a linen look and texture. The flower and sentiment were stamped with Fresh Fig. The greenery is Tranquil Tide, which I just got used to, and Mint Macaroon, then die-cut out. I arranged the images on the Powder Pink mat and got a good idea of where I wanted to place my sentiment from Life is Grand and then laid it down. Once everything was balanced, I then die-cut in the bottom of the Powder Pink CS with the scallop edge.

The greenery was adhered with liquid glue and dimensionals on the back of flower. The image panel was adhered with Snail. It doesn’t get much easier than this.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Thank you for stopping by to visit. Have a great day and God bless.

  1. Beautiful card with a pretty color combo! I love the colors that are retiring, but I am anxious to see the new ones too!
