Introducing July 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit + GIVEAWAY + A Year of Paper Pumpkin 2016

Hello there! I hope you’ve had a great week. It’s been very busy this way and will be for a few months, but the end result is really exciting to me! I’ll be settled in and content. It’s a great feeling. I refuse to allow myself to be trapped and in bondage living in a location that I don’t want to be in. At the same time, I promise to do my best in keeping up with my projects and videos. Stampin’ Up! Promotions and Specials will always come first and the same with mailing out your packages. Keeping you informed is very important to me and at the top of my priority list. I have a few very special videos for you today!

A few Stampin’ Up! items to bring your way…I’ve made it really easy for you to click on the graphics below my signature if you are interested in something. You have another 10 days to take advantage of my great signup special and that is something that you definitely want to do.

As a pre-cursor to this blog post, let’s go down Memory Lane to visit Paper Pumpkin 2016.

Today I wanted to introduce you to the Positively Picturesque July 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit. She’s a beauty. I had a lot of fun putting this one together. I’ve mentioned before when the mojo is gone or if I’m pressed for time, but need to get some creative energy out, Paper Pumpkin is the first place I turn. You can whip out these lovely little numbers in no time at all.

GIVEAWAY! I have another one of these kits to give to you. It’s easy to win. Leave a comment on this blog post. That’s it. As a US Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, I can only ship within the Continental United States per policy.

The video shows you the very basics of the kit. You might run across on the internet “Paper Pumpkin Alternatives.” That is where you take your kit and step it up a little or a lot. I’ve seen some amazing projects made. With my kit, I used the Sparkle Embossing Folder. The pattern in the EF coordinates perfectly with the 2 Washi Tape rolls in the kit. There is also a great stamp set and two 1″ Ink Spots of Soft Sky and Tranquil Tide (In Color). For leftovers, there was not really anything, which is so unusual. This is the first time ever I haven’t had significant leftovers. I do have my 2 Ink Spots and 2 rolls of Washi Tape. I’m good with this. Less stuff and you all know I’m about less stuff right now as I de-stash my craft room. I plan on completely burying you with videos this weekend as I have put together a lot of boxes this week too.

For additional inspiration, you can visit Pinterest and the Paper Pumpkin Facebook Page. We take care of you!

Enjoy the July 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit!

I hope you all took advantage of the 1-day $5 sale earlier this month and picked up yourself a Paper Pumpkin subscription. If you are interested in this great kit arriving to your doorstep, go for it. The cost of this kit with a monthly subscription is less than your co-pay at the doctor’s office. The information is below for your convenience.

As you watch the video, there are a few frames where you take the blue washi tape and adhere it over a Whisper White circle punch out from the kit, around 1:20, then trim the tape around the circle. I just did not get the results I was after. Instead, I took one of our Layering Circles that fit the edge of the circle and then die-cut it with my Big Shot to get a crisp and clean cut for crisp and clean cards. I do not like my cards to look last minute, sloppy, messy or fall apart – even though it happens to the best of us.

I also have very special gifts for you this month! Take a look.

  1. For every $150 you spend this month at my online store, you will receive an additional $50 in Stampin’ Up! products from me, as well as Hostess Benefits on $150 before shipping and tax, and any other promotions you are eligible for below. You benefit both ways.
  2. For every new Creative Stampers Team member, you will receive an additional $100 in Stampin’ Up! products from me, as well as other promotions you are eligible for below. You benefit both ways.

On the last page of the instruction sheet, there is a 6″ ruler. This is standard for all Paper Pumpkin Kits. This month’s coordinating colors are: Lemon Lime Twist, Powder Pink, Soft Sky and Tranquil Tide. I made 8 cards, 2 each of 4 designs, in under an hour. Everything you need to make these cards is in your kit, down to your adhesive. All you need is maybe a Bone Folder and Paper Snips is a given. Please note that a Classic’ Stampin’ Spot is a 1″ ink cube that you can fill with any color via a separate purchase OR in this instance, a Classic’ Stampin’ Spot that already has the color in it for you. Perfect to travel with and selective inking. Check out everything the July 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit offers you! Each stamp set you receive is exclusive to Paper Pumpkin only. That makes it pretty special and in my mind, non-retiring, especially with the refill kits offered. Always feel free to use a similar stamp set or whatever you want. There are no rules. You must check the refills out. Several years ago, there was one kit that had a lovely white frame with glass, the cardstock ready to go and perfectly sized to make the most incredible and lovely gifts. Then the refill came out. I think I ended up putting that item on backorder myself. For $3.50, I was able to make the greatest gifts for anything. Absolutely everything; from birthdays to a Christmas photo display. Since I have proudly hoarded this particular kit, I’m still able to get incredible mileage out of. You can even go to your LSS and grab the frames if the refill kits are no longer available and still make these perfect gifts.
