Cocktails with You’re a Peach Suite Collection + Nothing’s Better Than Bundle

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for project created with the You’re a Peach Suite Collection and the Nothing’s Better Than Bundle, both from the Annual Catalog.

Both stamp sets above have their own focal points on this card using the suite collection colors from You’re a Peach. There is some ink splattering on the embossed image panel, ink blending around the embossed edge of the Petal Pink mat, stamping off and double stamping.

Grab a beverage, as this is going to be a semi-lengthy description of how I designed and assembled this project. I created this new design from previous projects I had made with both of our featured stamp sets and dies.

As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

I started out with a top-folding A2 Basic White Thick card base. I cut a piece of Petal Pink CS to 4-1/8 x 5-3/8 and embossed it with the largest die from Stitched With Whimsy. I inked up a Sponge Dauber with Petal Pink ink and selectively inked up the edges. I curled up the corners with my Bone Folder and then adhered this panel to the card base with Seal.

I cut the largest scallop circle from Layering Circles, embossed with my favorite Timeworn Type EF and then used an Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Marker to splatter on ink using the cap of the marker.

The ‘Cocktails’ die from Love You More Than was cut from Early Espresso CS x1 and adhered to the bottom center of the Petal Pink CS with liquid adhesive. The sentiment from Nothing’s Better Than was stamped in Early Espresso centered above the die-cut.

Two stand-alone branch dies were cut from Early Espresso from the coordinating Peach Dies from the You’re a Peach Suite Collection.

I stamped the large leafy image from Sweet as a Peach onto Basic White Regular CS in Pear Pizzazz ink and then cut with its coordinating die.

The flowers were stamped in Pale Papaya ink onto Basic White Regular CS then re-stamped with Calypso Coral sponged around the edges of the flowers, and cut with its coordinating die. I cut the stand-alone stamens from the Peach Dies in Petal Pink CS that were adhered to the center of the flowers with liquid adhesive.

The peach image was stamped in Petal Pink with Mango Melody ink sponged around the edges and then cut from its coordinating die, as was the larger leaf image in Pear Pizzazz.

The cocktail glasses were stamped in Early Espresso ink with the umbrellas in Bumblebee and the lemon/lime in Pear Pizzazz.

The cocktail fill image was stamped in Pale Papaya twice for the right glass and once for the left glass, both of which were cut from their coordinating die.

For final assembly, the scalloped circle was adhered with regular Stampin’ Dimensionals and I really had to wing the rest to keep the dimension cohesive. Once you figure out where you want everything, you know what you need to use liquid adhesive and Stampin’ Dimensionals on.

I arranged all of my images as above and adhered, many of which were half liquid and half Stampin’ Dimensionals.

One large and 2 small Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels were scattered about to embellish.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
