The Last Valentine’s Day Project … Promise … Card and Gift Box

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for the last Valentine’s project of the season created with the Sweet Talk Suite Collection + Love You More and Penned Flowers Dies.

Sweet Talk has been our flagship Valentine’s Day products with a few other sets in the Annual and Spring Catalogs, all of which will not be carrying over and will be deeply discounted around the beginning of April. Be sure to check our Clearance Rack for updates. I will also let you know when the rack is updated.

I’m going to send this to my Little Princess with a big glitter surprise (if I remember to put it in) when she opens it! I’ve used this suite collection to make Valentine’s Day gifts for my adult kids and friends.

Polished Pink is not a color in the suite collection, yet coordinates perfectly, and was used to enhance the suite colors.

As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

I started out with an A2 top-folding Basic White Thick CS base and layered on a piece of Highland Heather stripe DSP on the far left with liquid adhesive. I then cut a piece of Polished Pink CS using the stitched scallop die from Penned Flowers and adhered that down with liquid adhesive.

I cut a piece of the multi-heart color Sweet Talk DSP, lined it with a piece of Basic White Regular CS for more stability that was adhered with liquid adhesive, because I’m neurotic like that, and then added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the heart panel, that I adhered to the card base. Everything lined up perfectly using my Stamparatus!

This card has enough busy, texture ,and dimension to where I didn’t feel the need to embellish at all.

I then die-cut the ‘Love You’ part of the Love You More Than Dies x4 from Polished Pink CS. I cut 4 because my scrap paper ran out for this color. I stacked the dies with liquid adhesive, as shown above.

The sentiment was stamped in Versamark Ink with our white powder heat embossed on Polished Pink CS that was adhered with Black Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

For the chocolate gift box, the measurements and assembly process is HERE.

I hope you enjoyed today’s sketch and design.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
