Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a card made with Positive Thoughts and Nature’s Thoughts Dies.
I’ve been having a lot of fun lately putting together various color combinations and designer series paper, as you will see in our video tomorrow. This card has Calypso Coral, Coastal Cabana, Purple Posy, and Rich Razzleberry, with a pop of Crushed Curry in the Perennial Essence Floral Center, which is also going on everything lately. I used a reliable sketch and custom die-cut the image panel, that I clustered with images and die-cuts. I’ve really tried to make it a point to use the die-cuts in coordinating sets that do not cut an image, but are rather used as accents. On this card, the frame die-cut already has the fine detail around the edges. On the right side, I die-cut a Purple Posy accent from one of the dies in Nature’s Thoughts and adhered it to the left of my image panel. The butterfly stamped directly on the image panel was colored with a Purple Posy Stampin’ Write Marker. The Come to Gather DSP is retired, but on the Clearance Rack. You can substitute an index card or notebook paper for the DSP.
