Introduction to You’re a Peach Suite + a Card

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for an introduction to the You’re a Peach Suite and a card.

This suite is insanely fantastic and one I can’t wait to unpack it more.

Everything’s just peachy when you craft with this You’re a Peach Suite Collection. The all-occasion sentiments are ideal for handmade greeting cards and gift packaging. Add some juicy peaches, flowers, and foliage for a sweet finish.

The You’re a Peach Suite Collection includes:

* Sweet As a Peach Photopolymer Stamp Set (10% off)
* Peach Dies (10% off)
* You’re a Peach Designer Series Paper
* Mini Jam Jars

Product colors: Balmy Blue, Bumblebee, Calypso Coral, Early Espresso, Mango Melody, Pale Papaya, Pear Pizzazz, Petal Pink, and Basic White.

This card was very easy to make and only took minutes. I used the DSP, a strip of foil from a Paper Pumpkin kit, stamps, die-cuts, and rhinestones. There is a lot of color on the peaches and I brought in Poppy Parade for a, well … pop. As always, your supplies and instructions are below.

I started out with a top-folding Basic White Thick card base and layered on the Balmy Blue polka dot pattern from You’re a Peach Designer Series paper onto the left side of the card. Next to that, I adhered a champagne foil strip from one of my current Paper Pumpkin kits.

I stamped the sentiment onto Soft Sea Foam in Memento Tuxedo Black and cut it from the frame in the Peach Die-cuts. Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals were added to the back when it came time to adhere the sentiment.

I put a square piece of Basic White Regular CS in the Stamparatus with the peach image. I stamped 2 peaches in Pale Papaya and then used Sponge Daubers to apply Calypso Coral and Mango Melody onto the peaches to build additional texture and color with this Distinktive photopolymer image. I used the same technique with Soft Sea Foam and Pear Pizzazz on the leaf image. The fruit was adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The little tri-floral image was stamped in Poppy Parade 3x using the A Block and I added a small Champagne Rhinestone to the center of the largest flower. This helped to tie in the champagne foil.

I then adhered the sentiment to the bottom right of the card.

This is a darling suite. I got all domestic and made peach jam the other day to fill the Mini Jam Jars, and will share this with you on Thursday. I’ve been having way too much fun with this suite and you definitely will, too.

I love our Distinktive stamp product line and it’s one of my favorites. The images are in clear photopolymer and rubber stamps. You are able to create more realistic images that will never look the same no matter what. The peach images above are a great example of this.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
