Autumn Wishes for Stampin’ Sisters in Christ Challenges

Good morning and I pray that you are having a very blessed Sunday so far. Today's Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge 57 is focusing on Ecclesiastes 3:1, which reads, "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven." This verse has significant meaning for me because I'm in a season, a season where I have to focus solely on my children, and therefore have had to make some significant changes in my life. As of October 1, I have resigned from the design teams I'm on and Kelley Holland of Our Daily Bread Designs (who also happens to be our sponsor today) is in prayer to take over Christian Paper Crafts. I'll still be blogging and crafting, but it will be for an entirely different purpose. I'd like to thank all of the designs teams and the wonderful colleagues that I've had the privilege and honor to serve with, especially those at Christian Paper Crafts, and pray for your continued support and covet your prayers as well.

As we are approaching fall, today's challenge is to make a card using fall colors or leaves. I made a card using both. I hope that this card inspires you and invite you to play along with us today and be blessed. Please be sure to stop by the Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenges Design Team members blogs to see what they are going to share with you. God bless and I pray that you have a peaceful day in the Lord.

  2. Hi Cindy,
    I will be praying for you to have wonderful peace that only He can bring during this time of transition.  I also will pray that you will still be heard from, because you have so much to share!  I also will pray that both your children and you will benefit from this special season in your life…this time together.

Hello Cindy – your card is perfect for this weeks challenge!  You are in my prayers Cindy and close ot my heart!  God made families before He made Churches and I know He is honouring your decision.  Be encouraged knowing that seaons have a purpose and each one accomplaishes something different in the big picture – they have a beginning and an end and god will lead us through as we trust Him!  May this season enrich the lives of you and your family Cindy!  God bless you!  {{{hugs}}}
