Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for 2 card very simple cards created with the Santa’s Express Memories & More Card Pack from the Santa Express Suite + products from the Gingham Cottage Suite Collection.
This is the only Memories & More Card Pack in the Holiday Catalog this year.
Just look at everything in this card pack. I love the printed acetate overlays and wood words.
Also available are the coordinating card bases and envelopes, all of which are part of the Santa’s Express Suite Collection.

I made these cards the exact same way. The only difference is the wood sentiment that I heat embossed with gold powder from the Santa’s Express Memories & More Card Pack. Both have the same acetate overlay as well.
The Real Red striped CS is a Memories & More Card that was cut to size.
I started out with A2 top-folding 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 Basic White Thick CS.
I cut my window sheet to size for both cards.
I cut the patterned card to size and added Tear & Tape to the back of the card that was then adhered to the acetate overlay. Do not adhere anything to the card base right now.
Bringing in products from the Gingham Cottage Suite Collection of the wreaths and bow, the vine wreath was stamped in Evening Evergreen with the leaves in Old Olive.
The wreaths were cut from their coordinating die and I also cut 2 large bows from a Gold Foil Sheet.
I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the wreaths.
A lot of different adhesives, like every single one we have, were used due to the properties of the various paper, window sheet, wood sentiment + the back coating of our Foil and Glimmer Sheets. Some adhesives just do not play well with certain properties.
I applied Versamark ink to the top of the wood sentiments and dipped them into the gold embossing powder with those fabulous tweezers in the Rustic Harvest Suite Collection, then heat set them.
For final assembly, I more Tear & Tape was adhered to the back of the acetate overlay … don’t adhere this to the card base yet.
The wreaths were adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Now we’re going back to the acetate overlay. On the back behind the wreath image, add Mini Glue Dots to help keep the top of the overlay down and hide the adhesive, and now you can adhere this to the card base.
The wood heat embossed sentiments were adhered with our Fine Tip Glue Pen.
The gold bows were adhered with Mini Glue Dots to the bottom of the wreaths.
The Real Red berries around the wreaths are our Pearlized Enamel Effects Basics that is part of the Gingham Cottage Suite Collection. You have to let these dry and preferably overnight. I really should have got into my rhythm on grid paper to practice applying the enamel first. If you get bubbles, use a sharp object to pop it and sometimes lightly tapping the card onto your work surface helps even your drops out.
