New Product Inspiration With Hues of Happiness + Sun Prints Suite Collections Class

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for 3 cards created with the Hues of Happiness and Sun Prints Suite Collections. These cards are for all craft levels with a concentrated focus on beginner, intermediate, and avid.

I used our core products from the Annual Catalog with cardstock, ink, and embellisments.

I designed something like this for a friend a few years ago to present as a workshop/class to her clients.

I am going to again narrate how I put together these easy cards below.

All of the images were die-cut from the beautiful Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper.

The stamped images are in Sahara Sand and sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black, are from the Sun Prints Suite Collection. All of these new products will be available to you on May 3, 2022.

Both of these suite collections are amazing with endless possibilities and are most assuredly going to go on low inventory or backorder almost immediately due to supply chain issues. I would pick both of these suite collections up ASAP.

The beginner card is an A2 top-folding 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 Basic White Thick CS base. I pulled in 3 images from Nature’s Prints that I stamped off x1 in Sahara Sand and then onto the card base. Two of the roses from Hues of Happiness DSP was cut from its coordinating die. I sized them up on the card base so I could impress the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black, also from Nature’s Prints. I love the fonts in this stamp set. The roses were adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Our intermediate card has an A2 top-folding Sahara Sand card base. A piece of Basic White Regular CS was cut to 4 x 5-1/4 with the same images from Nature’s Prints stamped off x1 in Sahara Sand. Three roses were cut from Hues of Happiness DSP. The roses were sized up on the image panel for placement of the sentiment stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black. The roses were adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Three Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels were scattered about the card front. The entire image panel was adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

For our avid card, I brought in our new black and white staple designer series paper of Perfectly Penciled. This DSP is amazing. There are fabulous black and white prints on one side of the DSP with line art florals on the opposite side that you can color with the medium of your choice.

We once again have an A2 top-folding Sahara Sand card base. I stamped the splotch image around the top, bottom, and right edge of the card base that was stamped off x1. I adhered a piece of Perfectly Penciled DSP measuring 1-5/8 x 5-1/2 with liquid adhesive.

The image panel was cut to 3-3/4 x 5 from Basic White Regular CS. I stamped the images off again from Nature’s Prints with Sahara Sand ink onto the image panel.

The roses and leaves were cut from Hues of Happiness DSP with their coordinating dies. The die-cuts were sized up again on the image panel to stamp the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The roses were adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Before adhering the greenery, I curled the end up with my Bone Folder. The greenery was adhered with liquid adhesive at the bottom and a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional at the top for dimension, all of which were tucked under the roses.

Three Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels were scattered about the image panel. I tied a length of Linen Thread into a bow and adhered it on the lower left leaves with a Glue Dot.

The image panel was adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed today’s projects and please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
