Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Global Design Project #426 Sketch Challenge. I thought I would pop in to participate in this very easy and fun sketch.
I haven’t worked with the Fresh As a Daisy Suite Collection that I can recall, so I figured I would play with this one a little. You can find these products on pages 108-109 in the Annual Catalog.
I used a flower die-cut from December 2023 Paper Pumpkin Kit behind the sentiment to break up the busy Fresh As a Daisy Designer Series Paper and Linen Thread. Other than that, this project stayed in the suite collection.
As always, project specific supplies with basic supplies are below.
I started out with a Pebbled Path card base and layered on a piece of Fresh As a Daisy DSP with liquid adhesive. I cut another piece of Fresh As a Daisy DSP and layered that atop with liquid adhesive.
Next, I die-cut the half daisy and stamen images from Lemon Lolly, Pebbled Path, and Basic White Regular CS. I used a Sponge Dauber loaded with Lemon Lolly ink to ink the daisy die-cuts that were adhered with liquid adhesive, along with the Pebbled Path stamen.
I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White Regular CS with Pebbled Path ink, cut to size, and bannered the right side.
I adhered the Paper Pumpkin flower behind the sentiment panel with liquid adhesive and then adhered the sentiment panel to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The daisy die-cut was adhered to the sentiment panel with liquid adhesive.
Lastly, I tied a bow with Linen Thread and adhered this under the sentiment with a Mini Glue Dot and 5 Lemon Lolly Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems to embellish.
