Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for another project completed with the All Things Fabulous Bundle + some fun techniques of dry embossing, embossing die-cuts into cardstock, and a diagonal sketch.
This is a top-folding, A2 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 Cinnamon Cider card base. I embossed a panel of Petal Pink cardstock using the Tasteful Textile EF from Forever Greenery then cut it diagonally for something different. This was adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The sentiment was stamped onto regular Whisper White cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black and cut to size to cover side-to-side diagonally. The INSPIRE die-cut from Sweet Silhouettes Dies was dry embossed into the card front. This is really easy to do. Instead of using a cutting plate in your sandwich for the bottom, use our foam mat.
The flowers were stamped in Calypso Coral with the leaves in Bumblebee, all of which were die-cut out with their coordinating dies. I punched 2 large butterflies from Butterfly Duet from Vellum cardstock, using Tear & Tape Adhesive down the centers to adhere to the card front and each other, with Pearls down the top center. I left the bottom butterfly flat on the cardstock and folded the wings up a bit on the top butterfly. You can see how I adhered all of the elements. This project has an incredible amount of dimension and texture, which you know I’m all about. I hope this sketch inspires you and the All Things Fabulous Bundle.
