Simple Stamping with Happy Forest Friends Suite Collection

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a simple stamping project created from the Happy Forest Friends Suite Collection on pages 46-47 in the Annual Catalog. This is also a great autumn and winter stamp set with the critters, designer series paper, and ribbon.

I brought in Beauty of Friendship for the sentiment as I needed something small. There are several small sentiments in the suite collection, but I wanted an all-occasion card.

This took less than 10 minutes and is so easy to make.

I started out with an A2 card base in Basic White Thick CS and die-cut the mat and image panel to the measurements below in the Instructions from Pale Papaya and Basic White Regular CS.

I cut the leaves with Pear Pizzazz CS from the Happy Forest Dies.

I stamped the bear with Sahara Sand ink onto Basic White Regular CS. The mushroom was stamped in Pale Papaya ink onto Pale Papaya CS. The butterfly was stamped in Pear Pizzazz ink onto Pear Pizzazz CS.

All of the stamped images were cut from its coordinating Happy Forest Dies.

For final assembly, I sized up the image mat and panel for placement of the leaves that were adhered with liquid adhesive.

I used liquid adhesive to adhere the mat and image panel together then stapled the right side as shown. Stampin’ Dimensionals were used to adhere the entire panel.

The bear was also adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals onto the image panel.

The butterfly and mushroom were adhered with liquid adhesive.

I brought in the sentiment from Beauty of Friendship as an afterthought because it needed some balance.

For the inside, I cut the mat and image panel from Pear Pizzazz and Basic White ReguIar CS.

I stamped the sentiment in Sahara Sand and adhered the stamped mushroom with liquid adhesive.

The panels were adhered to the inside with liquid adhesive.
