Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for another one of my awesome non-Valentine’s Day cards … because I don’t do that.
This is another card that is blank on the inside with the outside sentiment generic enough, as well as the overall design of the card, where I can easily tweak it for a birthday, get well or sympathy card.
I stamped the small line art hibiscus image 3x with Petal Pink ink onto Whisper White CS and left the stamp inside the Stamparatus so that I could come back to re-stamp after I colored the flowers with the coordinating blends to keep the lines defined. The leaves were stamped in Old Olive ink and I used a Blender Pen to pull the color out. The largest heart from Stitched Be Mine was die-cut from Lovely Lipstick CS. The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black. I adhered a 1/4″ Lovely Lipstick gingham piece of DSP at the bottom to ground everything a little. The card base is A2, top-folding Whisper White Thick.
