Make the Cards Challenge #59, Sketch with Trees For Sale + Tree Lot Dies, Christmas in July

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a card trio featuring Trees For Sale and Tree Lot Dies for Make the Cards Challenge #59 sketch challenge.

I brought in our other Holiday products of Celebrate Everything and Storybook Gnomes Designer Series Paper. This trio of cards was only time consuming because I cut Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals into quarters to adhere to the banners and bulbs for dimension.

The Celebrate Every Designer Series Paper is a must-have. Every holiday from now until the end of the year is featured in this 12 x 12 package with some great black and white designs + it all perfectly coordinates.

All of the cards have the exact same measurements and very self-explanatory as to how I designed and assembled the cards.

The sentiments were stamped onto Sweet Sorbet CS with Versamark and white heat embossed. The sentiments were cut down to size and punched at the ends with the Banner Punch.

Sweet Sorbet CS was used to cut the flag banners.

The Christmas bulb line was stamped onto Basic White Thick CS with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored in with the Dark Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blend Marker, then cut from its coordinating die.

The Tree Lots Dies have a tremendous amount of standalone die-cuts that will create the most amazing cards. This is one of my Favorites from the Holiday Catalog and especially with the coordinating Tree Lot Dies in the Sale-A-Bration Brochure … think Airstream Campers that is also perfect for summer and fall!

As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

The card on the left is very clean with Celebrate Everything DSP adhered to the card base and embellished with Opal Rounds.

The card in the center uses Storybook Gnomes DSP adhered to the card base with colored with a Dark Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blends and die-cut Christmas bulbs from Trees For Sale and embellished with Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

The card on the right goes back to Celebrate Everything DSP adhered to the card base and embellished with Opal Stones; however, I colored the Christmas Trees in with Watercolor Pencils in Granny Apple Green, Old Olive, and Garden Green, then blended out with a Blender Pen.

The star line art images on the Celebrate Everything DSP were colored in with a Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
