Partial Die-cutting Technique with Artfully Composed, Amazing Thanks Dies + Retiring 2022 In Colors + New Live Class

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a project to remind you to start using up your 2020-2022 In Colors before they retire. I also brought in the new Artfully Composed Suite Collection, the Amazing Thanks Dies, that are an absolute must-have in your collection, with the Timeworn Type EF + the always reliable Stitched Rectangle Dies.

This card showcases all 5 of our retiring In Colors of Magenta Madness, Bumblebee, Just Jade, Misty Moonlight, and Cinnamon Cider.

I am going to miss these In Colors that retire in a few short months on May 2, 2022. I can’t believe it’s the end of January already.

It’s about 5 degrees here and -15 with the wind chill as of this writing on January 20. I’m looking forward to Monday (yesterday) when it will be back up to 55. Today’s weather made it a bit difficult to capture decent pictures. However, this card is so easy to recreate with our entire product line using your imagination.

I have done a lot of partial die-cutting in my videos, but I think this VIDEO I found on my You Tube Channel, is more detailed than the others? The question was not a typo. The Misty Moonlight sentiment panel is what I used the partial die-cutting technique on. This allows me to manipulate and customize the size of the die-cut.

Artfully Composed is a fantastic product suite that will be my February Suite Collection Class. I will be sharing with you projects utilizing this suite + our other perfectly coordinating products in the Annual Catalog and Sale-a-Bration, and there’s a lot of them.

As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

I started out with an A2 landscape Very Vanilla Thick CS card base and cut a piece of Misty Moonlight CS from the largest Stitched Rectangle die. I ran a piece of Very Vanilla Regular CS through the Timeworn Type EF and adhered this to the Misty Moonlight panel with liquid adhesive. I then adhered the panel to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut the large tropical leaf from Just Jade, the accent strip from Bumblebee, the sentiment panel from Misty Moonlight, and the sentiment die x3 from Magenta Madness and stacked. The sentiment panel was adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
