Hello there! Welcome this week’s Paper Craft Crew Mid-Week Inspiration, PCC245. We have a fabulous Tic Tac Toe challenge and hope that you will join us this week!
I have a video packed full of information on retiring Stampin’ Up! products and how well many of them perfectly coordinate with new incoming products available to you on June 1, 2017. You need to compare both catalogs side-by-side, take a good look at the new/old DSP, and just really go through the new catalog. This is my favorite catalog by far, except for the 2015 Christmas Occasions with all of the beautiful watercolored DSP, which has now made a re-entry into the new catalog with so many products being brought back that were previously retired too.
This certainly can leave you with a mess in overflow in a few Rubbermaids in the garage, but it’s certainly worth it to really take advantage of your stamping investment and craft budget.
Stampin’ Up! has come out with their own new Memories & More scrapbooking cards and will no longer be carrying their Project Life products in conjunction with Becky Higgins. In the video, I show you the retiring Project Life Hello Lovely and how perfect it is, down to exact new DSP, on pages 86-87 of the new catalog. I always keep my Project Life and Paper Pumpkin for the embellishments and whatever else. With the Paper Pumpkin, there’s refills you can purchase, which makes the products still “current.” Project Life has always lasted for a catalog year or if in an Occasions Catalog, as long as that is live.
I hope that you enjoy this video and card that I made. There is no stamping done at all and came together in no time with die-cutting and adhering the card.
Below is a product list that I’ve generated for you. If you want the Project Life Hello Lovely, you have until May 31 around noonish or so, which is on the Clearance Rack at 60% off, as are most retiring products, so you will really get a lovely Project Life pack that you can use for at least another year or more. All retiring products are available now or until supplies last to May 31, 2017, whichever is sooner.
