Introducing Easter for the Inspired By Stamping March 2013 Release Countdown

Hi friends. Today I'm showcasing to you the beautiful new Easter stamp set from the Inspired By Stamping March 2013 Release Countdown. We have 6 great new stamp sets for you this month and all of them come with free Silhouette cut files!

There are 3 labels and 1 bunny in Easter Labels and with only 4 stamps, it's so cool. I've seen sneak peeks of what my design team colleagues have done and they are so gifted! It's amazing how each of us has a different take on how to use the 4 stamps in this set.

Today we start showcasing the products that you've seen at my blog and Joanna's blog since the start of the countdown on March 1. If you blog hop to all of the design team members blogs today, you'll get to see all of the new products being used that are available for purchase on March 10 at 4 a.m. EST.

I am sharing with you an adorable Easter ensemble of a basket with eggs and bunnies, and a card with an envelope that's wrapped up beautifully!

I used my Easter Silhouette cut file to cut out the bunnies and the tags using both cream and white card stock. I stamped them all in various hues of pastels and a little bit darker for something nontraditional. We all know how much I love nontraditional. I die-cut my basket and found this great egg patterned paper and decorated it all up. I also used previous Easter stamp releases of Easter and Easter Wishes. Don't they all just go together perfectly? Add Easter Labels to the mix and you will never need anything Easter again. There's an Easter tree in Easter Wishes that rocks. I love it! I will have to make a separate project just for that! There are several more Easter stamp sets in the store too that coordinate beautifully together. One of the tags in Easter Labels coordinates perfectly with the Fancy Labels Die 1, which I used as the focal point on my card.

Remember, if you pick up the entire March release, you will receive 10% off your purchase AND be sure to leave a comment at Joanna's blog daily for prizes! I have a ton of pictures to show you below of my Easter ensemble! One thing I do have to tell you is that when I edit the pics, they are beautiful and exhibit a lot of clarity. Since I still haven't figured out how to insert a watermark on this Mac yet, I have to email myself to the Windows PC and when I insert the watermark there and then email the pictures back to myself, I think it does something along the way. It's very frustrating.

Now, on to my lovely ensemble. I had so much fun making this! I hope that you enjoy this! Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me today and God bless you. Only a few more days left until release day!

Luke 24:34. The Lord is risen indeed!

Photobucket You know how I love nontraditional colors, use them. You can make each basket look drastically different by changing the colors. It's perfect for a boy or a girl.

Photobucket The flowers at the top of the basket are really white. I used spray mists to customize the color to Kraft. For your clear glimmer layer, use it between spraying the other layers for some great shine! Making your basket with patterned paper and the handles with solid card stock affords you a lot of versatility. You can also dry emboss the solid card stock and patterned paper. It all depends on your design.

Photobucket Keep the ensemble coordinated but not matchy-matchy.
